Atexor passes KOSHA audit with excellent marks!

Recently we welcomed inspectors from the Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency (KOSHA) to our headquarters in Finland to audit our quality management system and operational procedures. They were accompanied by Glovista Inc., Atexor’s Semic distributor in South Korea.

Following the audit we received an impressive score of 99.4 out of 100 points which is a huge achievement considering the audit pass rate is 60 points.  This is another example of our commitment to delivering the highest standards of quality in everything that we do.

Sean Park, Managing Director of Glovista, who got the chance to tour our facilities as well as support the audit commented: “I was really happy to see that Atexor’s quality control procedures are so complete, covering design, manufacturing, communications…everything.  I’m really proud to be part of this great team.”

Atexor’s Senior Technology Manager, Tarmo Rintala, was extremely pleased with the audit report and the team’s continued efforts, however with such a tiny margin for full marks, he was left feeling slightly frustrated and he said:  “The team should be very proud of how we operate here at Atexor and we were so close to a perfect score,” he sighs. “It came down to a misplaced pair of safety glasses at one of our testing stations, which were then discovered immediately after the audit.  You would think with all the lights around here that we would have seen them!”
